Diane Loria Rose, M.D., FAAD
A native New Orleanian, Dr. Diane Loria Rose, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist, having practiced general and cosmetic dermatology in Metairie, Louisiana since 1997. Dr, Rose was fortunate enough to have trained and practiced with her late father, Dr. Ronald Loria, gaining from the experience he had from his over fifty years in practice.
After completing a Bachelor of Arts from University of New Orleans, Dr. Rose obtained a Master of Science from University of Southern Mississippi. She later attended LSU School of Medicine, obtaining her M.D. degree in 1993.
Dr. Rose did her internship in the Department of Internal Medicine, LSU Medical Center, and did her residency training in the Department of Dermatology, LSU Medical Center. Her training was in all areas of dermatology, including general dermatology, dermatophathology, contact dermatitis cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, radiation therapy, PUVA, Moh’s micrographic surgery, and immunosuppressive therapy in dermatology.
Dr. Rose began practicing general and cosmetic dermatology in 1997 with her late father and began her own practice in 2004 as Rose Dermatology and Laser Center, LLC.
Dr. Rose is a Fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology and is a member of the Women’s Dermatology Society, the Louisiana Medical Society, the Jefferson Parish Medical Society, the Louisiana Dermatology Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Contact Dermatitis Society.
Dr. Rose has presented papers and lectures in various aspects of dermatology, and has trained other physicians and their assistants in the use and applications of cosmetic lasers on behalf of laser manufacturers.
Dr. Rose has two children and presently resides in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Caroline Brown
Caroline Brown has worked for Dr. Rose on and off throughout the years. During her time in college, she was employed part-time as an administrative assistant. Caroline graduated from University of New Orleans in 2016 and in more recent years, she has taken on the role as practice manager. She played a large role in assisting Dr. Rose in launching Rose Wellness in July 2022, and her unwavering dedication has been instrumental in the ongoing expansion of both Rose Dermatology and Wellness. Her favorite services are the NAD+ IM injections and IV infusions. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and being outdoors.

Meghan Trenticosta
Meghan has been the go-to person at Rose Wellness since opening in 2022. She helps patients get the care they need, keeps schedules in order, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Meghan’s caring nature and organization skills have helped make Rose Wellness a top-notch wellness center, and she’s a key part of the team here. Meghan’s favorite wellness service is the Styku 3D body scanner, because it allows for precision with tracking many kinds of changes.
